Put a few drinks in someone, and you'll see them relaxed and much more open than you would otherwise. Putting a few drinks in another was like being granted access to the side of them that only their close friends got to see, but without the obligation to be there when they needed you.
Throw in another few drinks, and you'll get to see that person acting like a damned fool - regardless of how they really are.
Sometimes, this can be a good thing.
Take Mido Ban, for example. Put a few drinks in him, and he becomes infinitely more tolerable; drinking wipes that stupid smug look off his face.
Throw in a few more - perhaps a dozen or so? - and you might get to witness the "Great Mido Ban" dancing around shirtless, being knocked about by pissed off women, or better still...you might get to see him hop on stage for drunken karaoke.
If you have a camera handy, and happen to hate that person passionately, this can be a very good thing.

Dilandau
Tarou is in a much better mood today, as Desty finally got him to feed. However, he and Milphey still have some small problems, as Tarou simply cannot make himself trust his mate completely yet, in time, that will probably heal, considering how very deeply in love with the Haz Knight he is.
Violin is calmer today than he was the past few days, and he's at least not flinching away from True now. Thanks to his youth, he's rebounding quite nicely.
Miyai had his first introduction on how to wear "normal" clothing today - Cole took him out shopping, and naturally the poor ickle samurai was terrified, but bravely stayed by his Master's side. He got a gift for being good, I think...a new dagger :D
Vincent and Cloud had a nice little interlude today, and I believe that he's becoming less anti-social...by that, I mean that he doesn't go skittering back to the shadows when someone comes near him. It's a good sort of change. Scars still keep him in long sleeved turtle-necks and pants, but he doesn't mind since it's cold. He wants to meet Kuja.
Kyou got topped, flat out. It was amusing. :D |

Currently:
Uisce is brooding silently in his rooms cleaning his gear and preparing to go off on another job. Before he does so, he wants to see his wife and children - Indi and Lai - so he can give them to Kei to babysit. The recent events have him irritated with Koi, but only very mildly so with his "wife". As with everything, Uisce is taking things quite well, and with a pragmatic sort of mindset. If he doesn't get to see any of them again, he'll just do what he always has, and work himself until he cannot think.
Est is pissed beyond belief. Where his brother is calm and collected about everything, Est is fired up and violent. He would love nothing more than to beat Riley's mistress severely for hurting his big brother AND for hurting his nephew.
--note to Koi :: Kujaku is missing. You can guess where he probably is. --
Bings has been silently going from day to day doing what he always has, but without being his chipper british self. He's gotten even more short-tempered and unfriendly with strangers, and is brutalizing his opponents on the soccer field. The coach pulled him off the team for two weeks or until he can be calm and focus and PLAY the game again, instead of just kicking the ball hard at people's heads and such.
Luath is extremely upset, his happy-go-lucky nature suffers a lot under situations like these. He does however understand MY point of view on everything - and though he may not like it, he's stated that he will not snub me, regardless of my final decisions.
Tarou...Tarou has no idea what to do. He's spent the last few days locked up in his room alone with the lights off, not eating nor drinking much of anything. Eti visited him last night, and since then he's gotten a shower, and cleaned, but once again he's back to brooding. I wish he would eat something before he makes himself sicker than he already is. Despite what's happened, he's not really mad at Milphey, he's just deeply wounded. He's mad and hurt that Koi would do something like this to him, knowing full well how much he's gone through just to KEEP Milphey with him, and would probably hit her if she were around.
Chihaya looks rather scared that I might not let him see Marron or Niari again, but he's trying hard to not cry. He's been sitting in a chair most of the afternoon with the tv on and Mika-kitty in his lap not watching tv. He did manage to get most of the others to eat lunch when he made it today, but has only nibbled at things himself.
Falen and Aubrey have been talking all evening, oddly enough. I think when it comes down to it, they could have been great friends had Aubrey not been so jealous as to ruin Falen's life like she did. But with everything that's going on, they've bonded just a little - and have been squawking at each other in rapid fire french whilst giving me small looks.
Dilandau is positively bursting with curiousity as to how and why Folken died (and why he can't kill him permanently). I don't think the situation is even registered with him, he's been so busy trying to stay away from the Stratego. I think the weeping and downcast attitudes of everyone are starting to get on his nerves though, he keeps growling at people and slinking off to find a room without crying, weeping, sulking people. He's taken to chasing Mirit to singe his ears.
Katsu is being grumpy. There's really not much to say beyond that, most of the 'bonds are slightly irritated, and just don't get the whole thing. I've been told repeatedly it's all a crock and very stupid.
But that's that for now. *back to work* |

It's a state of general unrest today between me and several of my bonds...technical difficulties, as it were...
Arless has run off for the moment, I think he just got bored. He'll be back, he's done this before...Cale is being anti-social, since I never use him...as well as some of the others.
Tarou's feeling neglected, though I can't imagine why....
Chihaya and Katsu seem to be the only two who aren't being upset much by any of this. Oo
Oh yes, and Muraki is very happy right now. ^_^;;;

Uisce was going to get his hair cut, but hasn't just yet, so his hair reaches just between his shoulders to tickle at his spine - however, he's so distracted with his new family that he's not had time to worry about such a trivial thing. (Besides, Riley seems to like his hair longer) He's currently spending the holidays with Koi so he could be with Riley and the kits.
Tarou has taken to waking up earler than before to watch the falsedawn as well as the dawn. I think the quiet time spent meditating is helping his depression. Also, it gives him more time to work out before the kid, Miyai, gets to the dojo. Tarou's still extremely anti-social for the most part, though he does have a soft spot for "puppies" - people that are smallish, open-natured, and get hurt a lot. It raises his protective instincts or something. Doesn't change that he's a bastard though.
Syrie spent the day getting his hair braided so it would stay out of his way - he can't bear to cut it, since the last person he cared for said she always loved that it was so long. (He promised her, when she was dying, that he would always wear it long) So he's got literally, hundreds of little braids interwoven with ribbon. it's very gay, but he does look beautiful.
Was feeling like many of them wanted to talk, but now they're kind of sulking. Been reminded that their lovers, friends, and loved ones are off and away with Koi currently - so they clammed up. Having a newish character, waiting to see how they will develope - not sure if it's just a character to play with, or a truebond. X_x

Arless the red kitsune has been running around in his full fox form and causing much confusion and irritation to Cale. He's feeling rather lonely and annoyed that he's not had anyone to play with besides his rabbit in a long time. He recently found a new circlet - etched with runic symbols he can read but not comprehend - and has been wearing the thing on his ankle for the past two days.
Arless is :: Bored and annoyed, yet transfixed by his new "shiny"
Cale - the black rabbit - has spent the better part of a week trying to figure out how to get away from Arless with his sanity and posterior intact. When the kitsune gets bored, he is always the one to suffer, and suffer he has been. The gentle rabbit has no defense against the fox.
Cale is :: running for his sanity's sake, and hoping that Arless gets distracted soon
Cossell has finally gotten the cards for his Gram and the girls that she houses - they and the gifts he's purchased for them will be going in the mail tomarrow hopefully. His bike has a flat, which would normally be a huge deal, save one of his friends offered to give him a lift so he could get a new innertube. Classes have gone well so far, and he's looking forward to Christmas Break so he can relax and spend some time with Sena.
Cossell is :: enjoying life and preparing for the holidays and winter finals
Katsu has been plucking out the impacted feathers in his wings and grumbling at the change in the weather. He likes the cold, but dislikes having to walk around wearing sweats. He's also missing his bitchy, grab-y, jerk of a partner - Clover. Being a plus checker, rather, a former one...the holidays leave Katsu reeling since people are sweet and loving on one second, and then turn into evil bitches the next. Still, the lights and songs make him very happy.
Katsu is :: Almost contented with how things are currently
Uisce is with "Ritaho" currently, and I don't expect him to leave her side anytime soon. Not with kit on the way. Beyond that, he's not taken any new jobs for the next month or so - which is fine, he can afford it. X_x

Keiyako has been quiet lately, doing her job and healing those that need it. She seems to be thinking about her days as a slave and a dancer in the lord's courts [of Yahoo- way back when it was still OK to rp in]. Sometimes she fingers the filigree earrings that were a gift from the man she thought she would marry, but usually she's so busy caring for others she doesn't have time to dwell. She'd like to visit her father to return his sword, since she feels she will not need it any longer.
Keiya is :: Contemplative and quiet, polite and perfectly mannered as always...but troubled.
Tarou is still acting strangely - he's not fighting with the others like usual, and he's walking around wearing a white shirt and black pants as opposed to his usual dragonscale vest, baggy pants, and sash-belt of pantyhose. There seems to be some sort of interal changes going on with that boy since the Muraki+Seishirou incident...

He flipped the switch on his computer, grabbing a coke as the machine whirred to life. Usually, he didn't drink cokes, but considering that he was feeling nasty he figured one wouldn't hurt too much. As the monitor flared into life and his background popped up, he glanced over at the picture frame by his bed. It was a recently taken picture of himself and Sena.
Once his machine fully booted, Cossell opened a small program and started typing...

Gram called today, hinting again that the girls miss me, and that I shouldn't forget their cards. I won't, really. I would have gone out today to do so, but my ankle was bothering me. Stupid bloody thing...I thought it was long healed. Might prove problematic with practices. I hope not. Also, it was v.cold today, and I really didn't feel like walking to the store and back over some silly chit and christmas cards. Tomarrow, or the day after. I've got time.
Wish Sena would get home today, I'm not sure where he is, but dinner is getting cold, I'm hungry, and I want a shower....
After writing briefly, the brunette-dyed-blue got up and started some of his homework while he waited for Sena to get home from Uni. |

Tarou is feeling rather put upon right now, and hurting physically. Though he's healing nicely, the wounds seem to be more than just skin deep - I think his recent encounters may have left permanent scars. Also, he seems to be itching for a change, he's been digging though the closets all evening...

Chihaya has been humming softly to himself most of the evening, I think he's trying to force himself to forget what's happened. Despite the fact that he's being a bit more active and going out of his room, his eyes are glassy and it's hard to get him to understand you.

Muraki is missing currently, and though I've employed both Uisce and Yildon to find him...it's a no go. I'd imagine he's off hiding somewhere, plotting new ways of hurting people, and more than likely dreaming of the day he'll get to play with Tsuzuki - or Hisoka - again.
Muraki's Mood :: Satiated (for the moment)
Cossell has been recovering from being close-lined the other day during practice, his throat is all black and blue, and his voice is wretchedly raspy. Beyond that, he's been in a jovial mood all night - the accident WAS an accident after all, and when one plays a sport like that, one must expect to get hurt. The only thing is that he needs to get out and buy some Christmas cards for his grandmother and the girls that she keeps at her estate, but it's too cold, and his ankle has been bothering him again. (old injury)
